Your Own Bag / Suitcase

Already have your own travel bag, duffel, or trunk? We'll store it as is.

Skip the cardboard box entirely. If you already have a travel suitcase, duffel bag, or lockable trunk packed with your belongings, we will tag it, collect it at your res gate, store it safely in Jacobs over the break, and hand it back to you in February.

Item types accepted:

• Standard travel suitcases (soft-shell or hard-shell)

• Large duffel bags / luggage bags

• Lockable student trunks or heavy-duty storage totes

What's included in your R250:

• Res-gate pickup in November

• Secure storage in our dedicated Jacobs warehouse until February

• Res-gate return delivery when campus reopens

• Weather-resistant luggage tagging tied directly to your Student ID

Important requirement:

• Your suitcase or trunk must be securely zipped and locked with a padlock or integrated combination lock prior to handover. Zero loose or unzipped bags accepted.
